Smart App Link Builder
One link for both stores. iPhone visitors land on the App Store, Android visitors land on Google Play — automatically, based on what they're browsing from.
Without this, desktop visitors see a simple page with both store buttons.

Why Smart App Links Beat Two Separate Links
Every ad, bio link, and QR code that promotes a mobile app has the same problem: you don't know in advance whether the person tapping it is on iPhone or Android. Posting two separate links (one for each store) forces the user to pick the right one themselves — and on a display ad or a printed QR code, there's no room to even ask. A smart app link solves this by reading the visitor's device at the moment they click and routing them to the correct store automatically, with one URL to manage instead of two.
This is the same technique used by tools like Branch and AppsFlyer — commonly called deferred deep linking or a "smart link." The redirect itself is simple (detect OS, send to the matching store), but the value is in having a single trackable link across every channel: paid social, email, SMS, print QR codes, and influencer bios all point to the same URL, and click analytics roll up in one place regardless of which store the visitor actually landed on.
Handling Desktop Traffic
Not every click comes from a phone. Someone might open your smart link on a laptop out of curiosity, or a QR code might get scanned and opened in a desktop browser via a synced clipboard. Set a fallback URL — your marketing site, a waitlist page, or a QR-specific landing page — and desktop visitors will land there instead of getting stuck on a mobile app store page that doesn't make sense on their device. Leave it blank and they'll see a simple page with both store buttons instead.
