How the email signature generator works

Fill in your personal details — name, title, company, email, phone, website — then pick a template and accent color. The generator produces table-based HTML with 100% inline styles, which is the only format that renders reliably across Gmail, Outlook (2007–2023), and Apple Mail. It doesn't use flexbox, CSS classes, or CSS variables — anything that Outlook's limited rendering engine would silently strip out.

If you don't have a hosted photo, leave the photo URL blank. The generator creates a colored initials avatar using the HTML bgcolor attribute on a table cell — compatible even with very old email clients.

Better than HubSpot, WiseStamp & MySignature — here's why

HubSpot's free signature tool requires you to create an account and adds their branding to your output. WiseStamp locks templates behind a $6/month paywall. MySignature limits you to one signature on the free plan. This tool is unlimited, no signup, no branding, forever free.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create a free email signature?

Fill in your name, title, company, email, phone, and website. Choose a template and accent color. Click 'Copy HTML' then paste it into Gmail (Settings → Signature) or Outlook (Settings → Email signature). No signup required.

Will this email signature work in Outlook?

Yes. The generator uses table-based HTML with 100% inline styles — the only format Outlook reliably renders. No flexbox, no CSS classes, no CSS variables that Outlook would strip out.

What's the difference between Classic, Modern, and Compact templates?

Classic has a circular photo/avatar on the left with a vertical accent bar. Modern uses a large name at the top with a horizontal rule separator and inline contact details. Compact is a minimal single-line text signature for lightweight emails.

Do I need to upload a photo?

No. If you leave the photo URL blank, the tool generates a colored circle avatar from your initials — it looks professional and doesn't require any image hosting.
